Abstract:
A large-sized branch pipe, comprising an extrusion main body (1) and a main joint pipe (2). The extrusion main body is integrally formed after a pipe fitting is extruded; the extrusion main body comprises an extrusion main pipe (11) and two flow distribution branch pipes; each flow distribution branch pipe has a bent section communicated with the extrusion main pipe, and the bent section is bent and extends in a direction away from the extrusion main pipe; the outer diameter of the extension end of the bent section is greater than 22 mm, and the shortest length of the two flow distribution branch pipes is greater than or equal to 3 times the length of the extrusion main pipe; the main joint pipe is sleeved in and welded to the extrusion main pipe; and in the insertion direction of the main joint pipe, the end surface of an insertion end of the main joint pipe is flush with or extends beyond the position of Tmin on the main pipe, and the minimum wall thickness Tmin, the outer diameter D of the extension end of the bent section on the flow distribution branch pipe, and a refrigerant saturated vapor pressure correlation coefficient K satisfy a minimum wall thickness model. According to the large-size branch pipe, the optimal selection of a wall thickness of an original pipe fitting before extrusion is achieved while ensuring that the pressure resistance of a product meets standard design requirements, thereby reducing the cost of the large-size branch pipe.
