Abstract:
Disclosed are a large-diameter spirally welded steel pipe with a composite structural wall, and a manufacturing method therefor. The steel pipe is formed by spirally rolling and welding a double-layer composite steel strip comprising a first steel strip layer (1) and a second steel strip layer (2) which are equal in width and are arranged in parallel and in a staggered manner, wherein at least two reinforcing ribs (3) which are perpendicular to the first steel strip layer (1) and the second steel strip layer (2) are arranged therebetween, and jointly extend with the steel strip layers; reinforcing ribs (3) are respectively arranged at vertically overlapped edges of the first steel strip layer (1) and the second steel strip layer (2); and after spiral rolling, the adjacent steel strip layers of the steel pipe are connected to each other by means of the staggered edges. Weld joints in an inner pipe wall and an outer wall wall of the spirally welded steel pipe do not coincide with each other, so that stress concentration is avoided, the strength of the steel pipe is improved, materials are saved during manufacturing, and the rolling power requirement is low.
