Abstract:
The landslide disaster area detecting device (CK) comprises: a first acquiring unit (SH) that acquires remote sensing images (RG) before and after the occurrence of a landslide disaster; a first detecting unit (KE) that detects vegetation areas from the remote sensing images (RG); a second acquiring unit (SH) that acquires a numerical elevation model (SHM) of the area where the landslide disaster has occurred; a first calculating unit (SA) that calculates the slope angle of a target point from the numerical elevation model (SHM), the target point in the remote sensing images (RG) being a point that was a vegetation area before the occurrence of the landslide disaster and that is no longer a vegetation area after the occurrence of the landslide disaster; a first determination unit (HA) that determines that an area is a mountainous landslide disaster area (SAJ) when the slope angle exceeds a predetermined slope angle threshold value; a third acquiring unit (SH) that acquires SAR images (SG) before and after the landslide disaster; a second calculating unit (SA) that calculates the variation in backscatter coefficients in a local area from the SAR images (SG); a third calculating unit (SA) that calculates the difference in the variation before and after the landslide disaster; a second determining unit (HA) that places limits around the mountainous landslide disaster area (SAJ); a third determining unit (HA) that determines that the area is an urban landslide disaster area (SIJ) when the difference exceeds a predetermined threshold value and the area was not a vegetation area before and after the landslide disaster; and a generating unit (SE) that generates a landslide disaster area distribution on the basis of the mountainous landslide disaster area (SAJ) and the urban landslide disaster area (SIJ).
