Abstract:
A laboratory experiment device and experiment method for micro-perturbation grouting technology for a subway in operation, aiming at solving the problem of the lack of simulation equipment, in a laboratory, concerning micro-perturbation conditions in an operation process. The experiment device comprises a soil box (4) for accommodating reduced-scale segments (5). The upper surface of the soil box (4) is provided with a pressure-mounted cover body. The cover body is mounted on a gantry-shaped reaction frame (2). A hydraulic telescopic rod is arranged between the cover body and the reaction frame (2). The reduced-scale segments (5) form a reduced-scale tunnel. A grouting hole connected to a grouting loop is reserved at the bottom of each section of the reduced-scale tunnel. The grouting loop is sleeved with non-contact measuring mechanisms (9). The grouting loop further comprises a bypass branch connected to a bypass grouting pipe (12). The bypass grouting pipe (12) penetrates through the cover body, and the tail end of the bypass grouting pipe is located outside the reduced-scale tunnel. The roundness trimming of a reduced-scale tunnel is realized by staged layered grouting around the reduced-scale tunnel in low intensity and high frequency.
