Abstract:
The present invention relates to a lab-on-paper platform comprising a heating system, and disclosed is a multiplex nucleic acid detection apparatus and method. The present invention comprises: a lab-on-paper chip for isothermal amplification; a heating system for the isothermal amplification; and a casing part for storing the lab-on-paper chip and the heating system. The lab-on-paper chip is for accommodating a biological sample and inducing an isothermal amplification reaction using a primer specifically bindable to a target nucleic acid of the biological sample. The heating system may comprise: a heating pad for heating a predetermined region on the lab-on-paper chip; a control board for controlling the temperature of the heating pad; and a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the heating pad.
