Abstract:
Provided is a structure of a joint for torque transmission, with which the occurrence of abnormal sounds can be minimized when the rotational direction of a drive shaft is reversed. An intermediate transmission member 17 has intermediate transmission teeth 21 in a plurality of circumferential locations. A pair of end transmission members 18 have end transmission teeth 37 in a plurality of circumferential locations, and end side-surface parts 39 farther axially outward than the end transmission teeth 37, the end side-surface parts 39 facing the axially outward surfaces of the intermediate transmission member 17. Elastic members 19 have insertion holes, through which the end transmission teeth 37 are axially inserted, in a plurality of circumferential locations. The end transmission teeth 37, having been axially inserted through the insertion holes without circumferential gaps, and the intermediate transmission teeth 21 are disposed alternately in the circumferential direction with circumferential gaps therebetween.
