Abstract:
A joint structure for a refrigerant pipe, comprising a nut (160), an outer casing (150), a refrigerant pipe (140), an inner casing (130), and a seal (120). A horn-shaped first flare part (151) is provided on the top of the outer casing (150), a second flare part (141) is provided on the top of the refrigerant pipe (140), and a third flare part (131) is provided on the top of the inner casing (130), the first flare part (151) being provided on the outside of the second flare part (141) and the third flare part (131) being provided on the inside of the second flare part (141). A resin layer is coated on the exterior of the refrigerant pipe (140). The seal (120) comprises an expanding part (121) that cooperates with the third flare part (131), an extending part (122) being provided downwards on the top of the expanding part (121), and the third flare part (131) being sandwiched between the extending part (122) and the expanding part (121). The described structure allows an aluminum pipe to not be in contact with a copper joint, preventing the occurrence of electro-chemical corrosion, improving the useful lifespan of the aluminum pipe. At the same time, by means of designing the structure of the seal (120), an extending part (122) is provided, and thus folding will not occur, and at the same time, the extending part (122) cooperating with the expanding part (121) increases bonding between the seal (120) and the inner casing (130), preventing the occurrence of low installation effectiveness because of a missing seal (120).
