Abstract:
A robot, a mechanical arm, a joint and a harmonic reducer device thereof, comprising a cup-shaped flexible gear (10b), a rigid gear (60b) engaged with the flexible gear (10b), and a wave generator (20b). The wave generator (20b) comprises a sleeve (21b) for power input and a wave generator body (22b) provided on the sleeve (21b) and configured to enable the flexible gear (10b) to generate radial deformation under rotation of the sleeve (21b) so as to change the engage position of the flexible gear (10b) and the rigid gear (60b), and further comprises an end cover (90b) and an output bearing (70b) arranged opposite to each other, and further comprises a first stop structure (30b) and a second stop structure (40b) for stopping the sleeve (21b), wherein the first stop structure (30b) is of a non-bearing structure and is sleeved on the sleeve (21b). The device replaces a bearing with the first stop structure (30b) with an axial dimension smaller than the conventional bearing. In the case that the radial dimension of the rigid wheel (60b) is unchanged, the requirements for miniaturization of the harmonic reducer device are satisfied directly by changing the axial dimension of the harmonic reducer device, and the market demand is met.
