Abstract:
A joint for gas tightness detection of a special-shaped welded pipeline, comprising: a gas inlet pipe (1) connected to a gas pipe. The gas inlet pipe (1) is sealingly connected to a large-diameter end of a variable-diameter connecting shaft (2); a vent hole (21) communicated with the gas inlet pipe (1) is provided in the variable-diameter connecting shaft (2); the large-diameter end of the variable-diameter connecting shaft (2) is in threaded connection with a pressing ring (3), and a small-diameter end is in threaded connection with a limiting pipe (4); a steel ring (7) is provided on the pressing ring (3); a sealing hoop (5) and a steel hoop (6) are sleeved on the variable-diameter connecting shaft (2) between the steel ring (7) and the limiting pipe (4); when the joint is used, the upper end of the variable-diameter connecting shaft (2) is inserted into the special-shaped welded pipeline, so that the sealing hoop (5) is in contact with an inner wall of the special-shaped welded pipeline, and then, the pressing ring (3) is rotated to move upwards, the sealing hoop (5) and the steel hoop (6) are compressed by means of the steel ring (7), so that the sealing hoop (5) is deformed by pressing, the joint is sealingly connected to the special-shaped welded pipeline, an original complicated welding operation is avoided, and nondestructive detection of the special-shaped welded pipeline is effectively realized.
