Abstract:
A jaw crusher with a protection mechanism, the jaw crusher solving the problem of when the load of an existing crusher is too large, an apparatus can be easily damaged as a flywheel (5) drives a rotating shaft (4) to rotate. During use, when the load of a moving jaw plate (3) is too large, a control module (9) drives a protection mechanism (6) to disconnect the rotating shaft (4) and the flywheel (5), the flywheel (5) idles on the rotating shaft (4), and the rotating shaft (4) and the moving jaw plate (3) which lose power quickly stop moving, thereby effectively preventing the flywheel (5) with a relatively large mass from driving the rotating shaft (4) and the moving jaw plate (3) to continue to move and causing damage to the apparatus, and effectively protecting the apparatus. In addition, a crushing operation can be continued without subsequent replacement of parts, the crushing efficiency is relatively high, and the use is relatively convenient.
