Abstract:
For the defect in the prior art of requirements being too high for the viscosity of materials, provided is a jaw crusher facilitating handling of viscous raw materials. The jaw crusher comprises a frame (1), a crank-rocker mechanism (2), an adjusting seat (3), a fixed jaw plate (4) and a movable jaw plate (5). The crank-rocker mechanism (2) comprises an eccentric shaft (6) and a movable jaw (7), wherein the eccentric shaft (6) is pivoted on the frame (1), and the movable jaw plate (5) is arranged on the movable jaw (7). Toothed plates (8) are arranged on both the movable jaw plate (5) and the fixed jaw plate (4), and the toothed plates (8), the movable jaw plate (5) and the fixed jaw plate (4) are all provided with strip-shaped teeth (9) distributed in a vertical direction, wherein the strip-shaped teeth (9) of the fixed jaw plate (4) and the movable jaw plate (5) are staggered deeply and face each other to form a crushing cavity (10), the cross section of which is of a wavy structure. Columns of holes (11) distributed in the vertical direction are provided on valleys of the strip-shaped teeth (9), such that viscous materials in materials do not adhere to the crushing cavity (10) of the crusher; therefore, the working efficiency of the crusher can be improved, and the service life of the crusher can be prolonged.
