Abstract:
Provided is an iron-cored superconducting magnet in which refrigerator port parts can be efficiently protected. The iron-cored superconducting magnet 11 comprises: an iron core 12, 13; a coil-part vacuum vessel 20 disposed inside the iron core and having main coils 23 enclosed therein; main body parts 31 which are refrigerator port parts 30 provided to the iron core and are exposed on surfaces of the iron core; and cold head parts 32 each extending from the main body part through the iron core to the main coil and connected to the main coil. The iron-cored superconducting magnet includes magnetic shield parts 202 each disposed between the main body part and the cold head part and pierced by the cold head part.
