Abstract:
An ion-selective electrode in which an elastic member (15) is laminated on a support (11) having a flow path for an inspection liquid and an opening part (21) in a partial region of the flow path, the elastic member (15) having a through-hole (18) that corresponds to the opening part (21), and then an ion-responsive film (16) is laminated so as to close the through-hole (18). Adopting a structure in which the angle formed by the side surface of the through-hole (18) in the elastic member (15) relative to a liquid contact surface of the ion-responsive film (16) is 90 degrees or greater makes it possible to provide an ion-selective electrode having exceptional detection performance and long-term storage stability.
