Abstract:
An ion exchange resin tower, the upper and lower parts of the tower body of said tower being provided with a liquid inlet and outlet, the resin tower being a multi-section layered structure, and each section shorting (3) being fixedly connected together using flanges and bolts; the middle part of each section shorting (3) has a cavity structure for draining and distributing liquid, the cavity being composed of two porous plates (4) and a hollow cushioning plate (5); the inside of the shortings (3) is filled with resin, and the movement and loss of small particle resin is prevented due to the porous plates (4) at the two ends of the shorting being fixed. The present device can effectively solve the problem of the filling and liquid distribution of resin of a fine particle size, greatly saving fresh water consumption, reducing the discharge of acidic waste water, and being suitable for the recovery of nickel and cobalt from low-grade laterite nickel ore.
