Disclosed are an inward folding hinge and an inward folding mobile terminal. The inward folding hinge comprises a hinging mechanism. The hinging mechanism comprises: synchronization mechanisms, a gear set configured to provide terminal mechanical tactile feedback and ensure smooth rotation of the hinge being arranged thereinside; a plurality of locking mechanisms provided with elastic parts for producing elastic support force and preventing sagging of a terminal housing under natural gravity or overfolding; and a plurality of screen support and release mechanisms correspondingly mounted on a left lifting plate and a right lifting plate and configured to support a screen when the hinge is opened and release a space for folding of the screen when the hinged is closed. Moreover, sliding rail mechanisms configured to prevent the screen from bulging and closely attached onto the surface of the screen are mounted on the bottoms of a left cover plate and a right cover plate. In the present invention, the same internal operating structures have a same configuration and a symmetric arrangement, thereby greatly simplifying the structural complexity of the inward folding hinge and also ensuring stability during opening and closing of the hinge, so that the hinge can be better adapted to various mobile terminals.
