Abstract:
An intestinal typing detection system for predicting the curative effect of an immune preparation combined with platinum-containing dual-drug chemotherapy. By means of detecting the intestinal flora of a patient and analyzing abundance, the curative effect of an immune preparation combined with platinum-containing dual-drug chemotherapy on the patient is predicted, accurate classification of NSCLC patients is achieved, treatment opinions are provided, and finally accurate treatment of advanced and local advanced NSCLC patients is achieved. Accordingly, pain in patients during detection analysis and treatment is relieved, treatment costs are reduced, and the risk of complications is reduced.
