Abstract:
This interior component (100) comprises: an interior component body (10); and an attachment structure (20) for attaching the interior component body (10) to a vehicle body (200). The attachment structure (20) includes: a leg part (21) that is provided so as to stand up from the interior component body (10); a guide part (22) that is provided to the distal end of the leg part (21); a pair of elastic engagement claws (23) that extend from the guide part (22) toward the interior component body (10) side, and that are separated from each other and oppose each other; and a slit (24) formed between the leg part (21) and the elastic engagement claws (23). An interval (α) in a separation direction (Y) between the pair of elastic engagement claws (23) is equal to or greater than a dimension (β) in the separation direction (Y) of the leg part (21). Due to this configuration, the attachment structure (20) can be formed by moving sliding molds (L, R) in parallel in a lengthwise direction (X) of the interior component body (10) so as to release the sliding molds.
