Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of electronics, and discloses an interface generation method and an electronic device. The interface generation method provided by the present application comprises: in the process that an electronic device displays an animation by means of an application, considering interface continuity in the animation process, generating an extended bitmap before the animation is started; when needing to display an Nth interface frame of the animation, capturing a first area of the extended bitmap for display; and when needing to display an Mth interface frame, capturing a second area of the extended bitmap for display. In this way, in the animation process, the number of times the electronic device performs layout, measurement and drawing recording on a view by means of a UI thread of the application can be decreased, and the overhead of a rendering thread calling a GPU to generate the bitmap which is used for display can be reduced, thereby increasing the energy efficiency ratio of generation of the interface. The interface continuity refers to that multiple interface frames in the animation process have the same display content.
