Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an intelligent stepping pressurized cylinder, comprising a plurality of mounting plates and a spindle. The plurality of mounting plates are uniformly distributed around the circumference of the spindle. The mounting plates are fixedly connected to the spindle by means of connecting columns. A pressurization mechanism and an output mechanism are mounted on the end face of each mounting plate, and auxiliary support plates are arranged on the side walls of the mounting plates corresponding to the pressurization mechanisms. The present invention adopts the dual-pressurized cylinder, the pressurization stability is higher, the use of electrical elements is reduced, and the operation stability of the device is improved. In practical applications, a worker can conveniently maintain a cylinder assembly, a multi-channel motor can still be connected by means of a central main controller for control, the pressure output precision is improved, and the product pressing quality is improved.
