Abstract:
An intelligent sensing aggregate-based asphalt mixture compaction quality evaluation system and method, relating to the technical field of asphalt mixture performance inspection. An intelligent sensing aggregate module collects accelerations and attitude angles in coordinate directions in a three-dimensional spatial coordinate system during a compaction process of an asphalt mixture; a calculation module calculates a spatial acceleration and a spatial attitude angle according to acceleration and attitude angle data; a determination module determines whether the spatial acceleration and the spatial attitude angle reach a stable state within a certain number of compactions; if yes, the compaction quality of the asphalt mixture is optimal; otherwise, the compaction quality of the asphalt mixture is not optimal. An intelligent sensing aggregate is used to replace a traditional aggregate, attitude data of the aggregate in the asphalt mixture is collected in real time, the spatial acceleration and the spatial attitude angle of the intelligent sensing aggregate are calculated according to the collected attitude data, and thus a compaction quality evaluation standard is established, such that the compaction quality of the asphalt mixture can be accurately evaluated, thereby providing a new means for the evaluation of the compaction quality of an asphalt pavement.
