Abstract:
An intelligent fireproof pneumatic actuating mechanism for a valve, comprising an actuating mechanism (1). A collection box (2) is fixed on one side of the actuating mechanism (1); a relay (3), a lithium battery (4), a valve wireless control module (5), a wireless transmitter receiver (6), and a server are installed in the collection box (2); the relay (3) is connected to the lithium battery (4); the server (7) is connected to the wireless transmitter receiver (6); the valve wireless control module (5) comprises an air pressure module (8), a temperature measurement module (9), a power measurement module (10), an external gas supply pipeline pressure measurement module (11), and a valve switch control module (12); and the valve actuating mechanism (1) and the collection box (2) are covered by a water jacket (13), such that the valve actuating mechanism can achieve fireproof, explosion-proof, and internal cooling effects in use; after a power source is failed, the power supply mode can be automatically switched to supply power by the lithium battery (4), which can ensure that the valve can be switched on/off not less than 50 times; and when an accident such as fire or explosion occurs, wireless control is enabled to ensure that the valve can be normally switched on/off. The provision of various modules enables checkup of internal conditions of the actuating mechanism at any time.
