Abstract:
Disclosed is an intelligent control system and a control method for the operation of brushes. One or more rows of working brushes (1) are arranged on a circular face of a sliding ring (2); a grinding brush (8) and an arc suppressing brush (9) are provided on a working track of each row of working brushes (1); a force sensor (3) is respectively provided on a pulling end of each of the working brushes (1), of each of the grinding brushes (8) and of each of the arc suppressing brushes (9); and movable members (5) of a controllable power device (4) are respectively connected to the force sensors (3), and respectively transfer pushing forces to the working brush (1), the grinding brush (8) and the arc suppressing brush (9) via the force sensors (3). The force sensors (3) are further respectively connected to the controllable power device (4) via controllers so as to form respective closed loop control systems for respectively controlling the pressures between the working brush (1), the grinding brush (8) and the arc suppressing brush (9), and the sliding ring (2) so that same are in a pre-set range. Moreover, bad oxide-film layers on the surfaces of multiple rows of sliding rings (2) can be automatically monitored and processed.
