Abstract:
Disclosed is an intelligent control system of a hydraulic hitch device, the intelligent control system comprising a hydraulic distributor (30). The hydraulic distributor (30) comprises a valve body (301) and a valve rod (302) arranged in the valve body (301), wherein two adjacent valve rod sections of the valve rod (302) are respectively provided with a raising speed control conical surface (302A) and a lowering speed control conical surface (302B); when the hydraulic distributor (30) is in a raising or lowering working position, a raising speed throttling clearance or a lowering speed throttling clearance is formed between the valve rod (302) and the valve body (301) at the raising speed control conical surface or the lowering speed control conical surface; and the axial displacement of the valve rod (302) is controlled by means of an electric control unit, such that the raising speed throttling clearance or the throttling area of the lowering speed control conical surface can be changed, thereby being capable of controlling the raising speed or the lowering speed of a farm tool. Since a first working oil path is provided with a stop valve, in a neutral state, the stop valve is closed under the acting force of a return spring, the connection between a rodless cavity of a lifting oil cylinder and the hydraulic distributor is cut off, such that the lift of a load of a farm tool caused by leakage of the hydraulic distributor is avoided, meeting the requirement of maintenance of the lift of the load of the farm tool.
