Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is an integrated valve core. An end surface of a valve core body of the integrated valve core is provided with at least two butt-joint areas in a circumferential direction, and each butt-joint area comprises a connection area and a cut-off area, which are arranged in the circumferential direction of the valve core body, wherein the connection areas or the cut-off areas of at least two adjacent butt-joint areas are adjacently arranged. An integrated multiport valve comprises a valve core body and a valve seat. An integrated valve pump device comprises the integrated multiport valve and a double-layer flow integrated plate. A vehicle body thermal management system comprises the integrated multiport valve or the integrated valve pump device. By means of the layout of the connection areas and the cut-off areas in the butt-joint areas, the valve core of the present invention has a structure foundation for realizing alternate state switching, and can adapt to the integrated design of the multiport valve. The integrated multiport valve and the double-layer flow integrated plate applied to the vehicle body thermal management system can reduce the number of valves and pipelines, reduce the weight and occupied arrangement space of the vehicle body thermal management system, make switching modes more diverse, meet more thermal management operating conditions, and achieve the aims of high efficiency and energy conservation.
