Abstract:
An integrated treatment device, which comprises a base platform (100), a rotation apparatus (200), and a flow guide apparatus (300). The rotation apparatus (200) comprises an angle of inclination adjusting unit ( 210) and a rotating unit (220); the angle of inclination adjusting unit (210) is arranged on the base platform (100); the rotating unit (220) is connected to the angle of inclination adjusting unit (210); the rotating unit (220) is used for bearing a workpiece, and can drive the workpiece to rotate around a first axis (001); and the angle of inclination adjusting unit (210) is used for driving the rotating unit (220) to rotate about a second axis (002) having an included angle with the first axis (001). The flow guide apparatus (300) comprises a frame body (310), a liquid storage member (320), and a flow guide member (330); the frame body (310) is connected to the angle of inclination adjusting unit (210); the liquid storage member (320) and the flow guide member (330) are both connected to the frame body (310); the liquid storage member (320) is used for conveying a liquid to the flow guide member (330), and liquid can flow onto the workpiece positioned on the rotating unit (220) by means of the flow guide member (330). The angle of inclination of the workpiece relative to the horizontal plane can be adjusted as necessary, and consequently the distance between the liquid and the surface of the workpiece is adjusted, and an impact force is reduced; the rate at which the liquid flows on the surface of the workpiece can also be adjusted, control over treatment quality is facilitated, and the yield of finished products is improved.
