Abstract:
An integrated three-section hot melting system, comprising a kettle body assembly (1), a heating system (3), and a hot melt conveying system (4) which are connected by means of a pipeline. The kettle body assembly (1) comprises an outer kettle body (6); a kettle cover is arranged at the top of the outer kettle body (6); a loading port (29) and a feeding port (30) are formed on the kettle cover; the outer kettle body (6) comprises an outer kettle body outer barrel (41) and an outer kettle body inner barrel (42) which are sleeved with each other; a first oil inlet and a first oil outlet (33) are formed on the outer kettle body (6); a discharging port (32) is formed at the bottom of the outer kettle body (6); a middle kettle body (7) is arranged in the outer kettle body (6); the middle kettle body (7) divides the entire outer kettle body (6) into upper, middle and lower sections; the middle kettle body (7) comprises a middle kettle body outer barrel (38) and a middle kettle body inner barrel (39); a second oil inlet (40) and a second oil outlet (36) are formed on the middle kettle body (7); a stirring mechanism (2) is coaxially arranged in the outer kettle body (6); the first oil inlet, the first oil outlet (33), the second oil inlet (40), and the second oil outlet (36) are connected to the heating system (3).
