Abstract:
The present invention provides an integrated sampling sealing kit, comprising a test cassette, a sampling needle, a piston cap, and a reagent bottle. A test strip is provided in the test cassette. The sampling needle is provided at a first end of the kit, and comprises a main body part and a flow guide groove provided in the main body part. The piston cap is provided with a bearing cavity, a sealing structure is provided at the opening of the bearing cavity, and the piston cap is sealedly connected to a first end of the test cassette by means of the sealing structure. The reagent bottle is located in the bearing cavity and used for containing a test reagent, an aluminum film for sealing is provided at the opening of the reagent bottle, and the opening of the reagent bottle is lower than the opening of the piston cap. According to the integrated sampling sealing kit provided by the present invention, the reagent bottle is fixed in the bearing cavity, the opening of the reagent bottle is lower than the opening of the piston cap, and the sealing structure is provided, thereby solving the problem of the poor sealing performance of the position where a test kit is in contact with a test reagent bottle, and avoiding environmental damage caused by gas escape and reagent leakage.
