Abstract:
The present invention relates to an integrated molecular diagnostic device and a molecular diagnostic method using same, the device comprising: a buffer tube into which a sample collection tool for collecting a sample is inserted and in which a sample solution that contains a nucleic acid extracted from the collected sample is generated; a cartridge which is coupled to the buffer tube and receives the sample solution, conveys the sample solution to a reaction chamber via a fluid channel, and is supplied with heat of a certain temperature to perform a nucleic acid amplification reaction; and a diagnostic module body which is detachably coupled to the cartridge and supplies the reaction chamber with the heat of a certain temperature, and detects the nucleic acid amplification reaction to diagnose whether a diagnosis target is present.
