Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an integrated device for preparing an aerogel composite material and a method. The integrated device comprises a reaction kettle, a winding shaft, a sol tank, a replacement solvent tank and a gas storage tank. A kettle cover capable of being opened and closed is provided at the top of the reaction kettle, and the winding shaft is detachably installed at the bottom of the kettle cover and is used for winding a fiber reinforced material. A material pipe provided with a valve is provided at the center of the kettle cover, the upper end of the material pipe being communicated with the sol tank, and the lower end of the material pipe being communicated with the winding shaft. The winding shaft is of a hollow structure, the bottom end thereof being sealed, and the side wall thereof being provided with liquid holes. A venting pipe provided with a valve is provided at the bottom of the reaction kettle, and the venting pipe is detachably connected to the replacement solvent tank and the gas storage tank. The side wall of the reaction kettle is provided with an interlayer, and a heat tracing circulating liquid is provided in the interlayer so as to control the temperature of materials in the reaction kettle. The device provided by the present invention can realize cyclic impregnation-gelation-aging-solvent replacement-modification-drying integrated preparation of an aerogel composite material.
