Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of engineering machinery. Disclosed are an integrated control valve, an automatic rod-unloading-tong hydraulic system of a rotary drilling rig, and a rod-unloading tong. The integrated control valve of the present invention comprises a valve body, wherein the valve body is provided with a first oil inlet, a second oil inlet, a first oil return port, a second oil return port, a first working oil port, a second working oil port, a third working oil port, a fourth working oil port, a fifth working oil port and a sixth working oil port; and a first hydraulic lock, a second hydraulic lock, a sequence valve, a one-way valve and a throttle valve are provided in the valve body, and a first overflow valve and a second overflow valve are further provided in the valve body in an embodiment. Moreover, the structure of the rod-unloading-tong hydraulic system is given by utilizing the integrated control valve; and on the basis of the provided hydraulic system, a rod-unloading tong is further provided. According to the present invention, hydraulic control over an automatic rod-unloading tong of a rotary drilling rig is realized, and stability and reliability are achieved, such that rod unloading of a rotary drilling rig can be performed rapidly.
