Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an integrated collecting device for a foam strip. The integrated collecting device for a foam strip comprises a first conveying component and a second conveying component used to convey a foam strip, a foam strip barrel assembly used to store the foam strip, and a foam strip boxing component used to feed the foam strip into the foam strip barrel assembly, wherein the first conveying component is provided with a cutting-off assembly for cutting off the foam strip, and the second conveying component is provided with a chamfering assembly for chamfering the foam strip; the second conveying component is arranged on one side of a tail end of the first conveying component; the foam strip boxing component is arranged on one side of the second conveying component; and the foam strip barrel assembly is arranged on one side of the foam strip boxing component. According to the present invention, the cutting off, chamfering and boxing of the foam strip are integrated, such that the production efficiency is improved, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced; sliding friction is converted into rolling friction by means of a micro roller in a guide transmission process of the foam strip, thereby preventing the foam strip from being damaged; and a foam strip barrel has a plurality of compartment positions in an annular array mode, such that a storage space is fully utilized, and high-density storage of the foam strip is realized.
