Abstract:
The present invention relates to an all-in-one cartridge capable of performing centrifugation of specific components in large volumes of body fluids such as blood and detecting genetic mutations at the same time. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a cartridge which is implemented in a structure capable of performing polymerase chain reaction (PCR) or real-time quantitative PCR (real-time PCR, quantitative PCR) together with a chamber for a centrifugal separator capable of separating and analyzing body fluid (e.g., whole blood) components, and thus can automatically extract samples of target components (e.g., cfDNA) present in separated specific components (plasma, blood plasma, etc.) and simultaneously realize genetic analysis information of the components.
