Abstract:
Provided in the present application is an integrated auxiliary converter with high power density, the auxiliary converter comprising two converter modules, which are arranged in the same case body, wherein a plurality of functional modules in each converter module are, as a whole, in a linear layout structure, which is distributed in one direction; the two converter modules are arranged in a mirroring manner in the case body as a whole; and functional modules corresponding to an input end and an output end of the circuit structure of each converter module are respectively located on two ends of the linear layout structure, and two opposite sidewalls of the case body corresponding to the two ends of the linear layout structure are respectively provided with an input wiring structure and an output wiring structure. On the basis of the technical solution of the present application, the overall size of the two converter modules, which are integrated as a whole, matches the width of a train body, and is adapted to side-face beam structures of a train, such that requirements for mounting, lightweight implementation and power density are met. In addition, the overall linear and mirrored layout structure is used, and thus the structure is completely simplified and unified; moreover, the consistency of a routing direction is realized, which facilitates routing of the entire train.
