Abstract:
Disclosed is an integrated apparatus for pulverizing, stirring and drying electrode materials of a hydrogen storage cell, the apparatus comprising: a cylindrical body (5) and a upper cover (1); the interior of the cylindrical body is separated into a pulverizing chamber (14) and a stirring and drying chamber (12) by a collecting disc (6); a crushing device (2) is provided on the upper cover; the crushing device (2) is composed of a crushing tank (15), a crushing electric motor (18), a crushing spindle (23), a rotating blade (19) and a fixed blade (22); a pulverizing device (13) is provided in the pulverizing chamber; the pulverizing device is composed of four roller compactors (30); a stirring and drying device (8) is provided at the bottom of the stirring and drying chamber; the stirring and drying device is composed of a transmission box (35), a rotating electric motor (36), an intake pipe (37), a rotating shaft (40) and a stirring blade(31); and a dehumidification device (7) is provided on the top side wall of the stirring and drying chamber. The materials are crushed and then pulverized in the apparatus by means of the crushing device and the pulverizing device to help improve pulverizing quality. Then the pulverized materials are stirred and dried by the stirring and drying device, and the drying speed is increased by the dehumidification device, thereby improving the operating efficiency. A filter tank of the dehumidification device can filter and recover the material dust in the moisture to prevent waste of resource.
