Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an integrated air inlet and outlet valve and a pressure swing adsorption air path system. The integrated air inlet and outlet valve comprises a valve body. The valve body is provided with an air inlet, an air outlet, an exhaust port, a first air intake and reverse-blowing port, and two air path control units; each air path control unit comprises a first air inlet and outlet and a second air inlet and outlet; the first air inlet and outlet is connected to the air outlet by means of a first one-way valve; the second air inlet and outlet is selectively communicated with the air inlet and the exhaust port by means of a first control valve; the exhaust port is provided with an on-off control mechanism; and the first air intake and reverse-blowing port is connected to the first air inlet and outlet of each air path control unit by means of a second one-way valve. The valve body is further provided with a pressure equalization control assembly. The pressure swing adsorption air path system comprises two adsorption towers and the integrated air inlet and outlet valve, and the integrated air inlet and outlet valve is connected to two air inlet and outlet ends of the two adsorption towers. The present invention has the advantages of being capable of greatly reducing connecting pipelines, simple and convenient to mount and maintain, compact in structure, small in occupied space, low in manufacturing cost, low in failure rate and the like.
