Abstract:
Disclosed is an insulated high-pressure steel wire rubber hose assembly, comprising a rubber hose joint (1), a metal outer sleeve (2), an insulated sleeve and a high-pressure steel wire rubber hose (6), wherein the rubber hose joint (1) comprises an outer interface end and an inner core pipe end (5), and the inner core pipe end (5) is used for being inserted into the end of the high-pressure steel wire rubber hose (6). The metal outer sleeve (2) is movably arranged on the periphery of the inner core pipe end (5) of the rubber hose joint (1), and is used for tightly clamping and pressing the periphery of the end of the high-pressure steel wire rubber hose (6) under the action of an external force. The insulated sleeve is arranged at the end of the high-pressure steel wire rubber hose (6), so as to prevent the outer side of the inner core pipe end (5) of the rubber hose joint and the inner side of the metal outer sleeve (2) from being in direct contact with the high-pressure steel wire rubber hose (6). The insulated sleeve comprises an inner insulated pipe (4) and an outer insulated pipe (3); and the inner insulated pipe (4) is a sleeve with an outer flange at one end, and the inner diameter of the outer insulated pipe (3) is equal to the outer diameter of the circumference of the outer flange of the inner insulated pipe (4). By means of the inner insulated pipe and the outer insulated pipe being provided, the rubber hose assembly has a good insulation characteristic and greatly improves durability. The rubber hose assembly has a simple structure, is low in cost and is good for popularization.
