Abstract:
The present invention discloses an instant shrimp powder production device, comprising a box body. A top box is fixedly connected to the top of the box body, and a fixed box is fixedly connected to one side of the box body; a first motor is fixedly connected to one side of the fixed box, and a cam is fixedly connected to an output end of the first motor; a top cover is movably connected to the top of the fixed box, and a motor box is fixedly connected to the top of the top cover; and a second motor is fixedly connected to the top of an inner wall of the motor box. The present invention relates to the technical field of shrimp powder production. In the instant shrimp powder production device, the top box is fixedly connected to the top of the box body, shrimps are first screened and dried before grinding, and impurities in the shrimps are screened out, such that an effect on the quality of shrimp powder can be avoided; and a screen frame is slidably connected to the top of a sliding plate, and the shrimps are dried in a turning mode, such that the shrimps can be uniformly heated, and water vapor in the shrimps is rapidly discharged, thereby improving drying efficiency.
