Abstract:
The inspection flow channel device according to the present disclosure is provided with: a first flow channel device having a plate-like shape, and having a pair of first surfaces positioned at mutually opposite sides in the thickness direction, and a first flow channel that is arranged internally and has a branching flow channel that includes a first opening arranged in the first surfaces; and a second flow channel device having a plate-like shape and transparency, and having a pair of second surfaces positioned at mutually opposite sides in the thickness direction, and a second flow channel that is arranged internally and includes a second opening arranged in the second surfaces. One of the pair of first surfaces of the first flow channel device is disposed on one of the pair of second surfaces of the second flow channel device, and the first opening and the second opening are connected.
