Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an injection molding machine capable of easily performing steps for setting and preparing an injection molding operation in a short time. [Solution] This injection molding machine is provided with: a mold clamping mechanism that moves a first mold and/or a second mold, and clamps or opens the mold; an injection device that injects resin into a cavity between the first mold and the second mold; a storage unit that stores first and second operation information indicating the operation of the first or second mold, the operation of the mold clamping mechanism, the operation of the injection device, or a process based on a system program, stores first image information associated with the first operation information, and stores second image information associated with the second operation information; a display unit that displays the first and second image information such that the first and/or second image information is displayed at a position provided by an operator; and a control unit that executes the process based on the system program or instructs an operation indicated by the first or second operation information related to the first and/or second image information displayed on the display unit. The first and second operation information is information about an injection molding operation based on a first or second production condition, and is the operation information about the mold clamping mechanism or is the operation information about the first and second molds from start to completion of the injection molding operation. The display unit displays a plurality of operation points each indicating the position of the first mold, the second mold, or the mold clamping mechanism with respect to a time from the start of the injection molding operation or a step in the injection molding operation, and displays line segments connecting the plurality of operation points. The first image information and the second image information are displayed on the operation points.
