Abstract:
Disclosed in the present specification are an information recommendation method and apparatus, and a storage medium and an electronic device. The method comprises: determining a user dialogue intent on the basis of a user dialogue sentence in an interactive dialogue scenario, and then performing information recommendation recall processing on the basis of the user dialogue intent, so as to obtain at least one type of reference transaction content information for the user dialogue intent; acquiring service feature information for a customer service end, and performing transaction content screening on the basis of reference transaction content information corresponding to the user dialogue intent, and service feature information, so as to obtain at least one type of recommended transaction content information for the customer service end; and in the interactive dialogue scenario, instructing, on the basis of the recommended transaction content information, the customer service end to perform dialogue reply processing for a user end.
