Abstract:

According to the present invention, a terminal device connected to a network in which communication quality is controlled comprises: a communication device for performing communication with a server device connected to the network; and a requesting unit which, when the server device provides a service to the terminal device, requests execution of quality control to control the quality of communication with the server device, on condition that some or all of a plurality of adjusting processes for adjusting a resource used for the provision and/or enjoyment of the service can be executed.
