Abstract:
According to the present invention, it is possible to indicate a prediction result of becoming a vacant house in the future. Provided is an information processing device comprising: a prediction unit that uses a first learning model and a second learning model in combination to carry out vacant house period prediction for a house, the first learning model receiving input of a house age as first input data and using a vacant house research result as first training data to carry out medium-to-long term vacant house prediction, and the second learning model receiving input of water consumption as second input data and using a vacant house research result as second training data to carry out short term vacant house prediction; and a first image generation unit that superimposes, on a map, a vacant house period prediction heat map which has been generated on the basis of a prediction result by the prediction unit.
