Abstract:
The present invention achieves an appropriate balance between suppression of a shutter lag during rapid capture and improvement of the image quality of rapidly captured images by motion-compensating temporal filtering processing. The information processing device according to the present technology comprises a discarded number determination unit which, when performing motion-compensating temporal filtering processing on rapidly captured images that are images captured by means of a rapid capture function of an image capture device, determines a discarded number that is the number of images to be discarded among the rapidly captured images on which the motion-compensating temporal filtering processing has been performed, in accordance with an image capture setting of the image capture device.
