Abstract:
An information collecting terminal apparatus (100) is an information collecting terminal apparatus (100) installed in a moving body, and comprises: an operation detecting unit (101, 102, 105, 106) that detects when the moving body is operating and when the operation is stopped; a data collecting unit (101 - 106) that collects data; a temporary storage unit (107) that temporarily stores the data; a communication unit (108) that connects to a portable communication terminal apparatus held by a user of the moving body and transmits the data using a short-range wireless communication method; and a control unit (109) that controls the movement detecting unit, the data collecting unit, the temporary storage unit, and the communication unit, wherein the control unit starts the data collecting unit when the communication unit has established a connection with the portable communication terminal apparatus or when the operation detecting unit has detected that the moving body is operating.
