Abstract:
An inflatable folding reinforcement structure for a tunnel and a construction method therefor. The inflatable folding reinforcement structure comprises inflation ports (1), air bags (2), water blocking nets (3), steel plates (4), scissor type folding mechanisms (5), vertical support plates (6), an arc-shaped support plate (7), water guiding grooves (301), upper support rods (501), lower support rods (502), pins (503), threaded steel rods (504), rolling connecting pins (505), and induction motors (506). The steel plates are expanded to a predetermined position by means of the upper support rods (501) and the lower support rods (502). Water is resisted and guided by means of the water guiding grooves (301) to prevent seepage. Construction steps comprise: preparation before construction, equipment fixation, on-site construction, structure inspection, and site cleaning. Such an inflatable folding reinforcement structure for a tunnel has the following advantages: treatment is performed on multiple diseases of a tunnel, and high efficiency and convenience are achieved; by means of mutual cooperation of the upper support rods, the lower support rods, the pins, the threaded steel rods, the rolling connecting pins, and the induction motors, a high expansion speed and good safety performance are achieved; and good seepage prevention effect is achieved by fixedly connecting the water blocking nets to the outer surfaces of the air bags to prevent and treat water seepage of the tunnel.
