Abstract:
An industrial steam condensation water recycling system, relating to the technical field of boiler condensation water treatment apparatuses. The system comprises a hot water recovery tank (1), a soft water tank (2), a heat exchange coil (3) and a water-supplementing floating ball valve (4), wherein the hot water recovery tank (1) is connected to a boiler waste water discharge pipe (5), a steam pipeline drain pipe (6) and a user steam condensate pipe (7), and a water outlet of the hot water recovery tank (1) is formed in an upper part; the arrangement height of the water outlet is larger than that of the heat exchange coil (3); the heat exchange coil (3) is arranged at the bottom of the soft water tank (2), and the water outlet is connected to the heat exchange coil (3) by means of a pipeline; a partition is provided in the soft water tank (2), and an inner space of the soft water tank (2) is divided into a first water storage tank (8) and a second water storage tank (9) by the partition; a water-supplementing opening of the soft water tank (2) is formed in the side of the first water storage tank (8), and the water-supplementing floating ball valve (4) is arranged at the water-supplementing opening; and a water outlet pipe (10) is connected to the second water storage tank (9). The soft water tank of the system is divided, so that heat can be utilized to the maximum extent, and heat exchange is completed; and in addition, the system can achieve self-flow heat exchange, so that the flow speed is reduced, the heat exchange temperature difference is small, and the heat utilization rate is high.
