Abstract:
A coil substrate (40) comprises: a substrate (50); first wiring (60) disposed on a first principal surface (51) of the substrate; second wiring (70) disposed on a second principal surface (52) on the opposite side of the substrate from the first principal surface; a first insulator (81) that covers the first wiring; and a second insulator (82) that covers the second wiring. The first wiring comprises: a first coil section (61) that is wound outward from one end (63); and a first connecting section (62) that is drawn out from another end (64) of the first coil section and is connected to a first electrode (31). The second wiring comprises: a second coil section (71) that is wound outward from one end (73); and a second connecting section (72) that is drawn out from another end (74) of the second coil section and is connected to a second electrode (32). An innermost circumferential section (68) of the first coil section and an innermost circumferential section (78) of the second coil section overlap for the entire circumference, and an outermost circumferential section (69) of the first coil section and an outermost circumferential section (79) of the second coil section overlap for the entire circumference.
