Abstract:

This indoor unit of an air conditioning apparatus is provided with: a heat medium heat exchanger that is disposed inside a housing and exchanges heat between a heat medium and indoor air; an air vent valve that discharges, to the heat medium heat exchanger, air in a heat medium flow channel for circulating the heat medium; a drain pan that is provided below the heat medium heat exchanger and receives dew condensation water generated on a surface of the heat medium heat exchanger; and a flexible hose that is attached to the air vent valve and discharges air in the heat medium flow channel, together with the heat medium, into the drain pan, wherein the hose has a double tube structure in which the upper end section thereof is fixed to the air vent valve.
