Title:
IN-VEHICLE HYDRAULIC SUPPLY DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/033888
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is an in-vehicle hydraulic supply device for a continuously variable transmission, the device controlling pulley width and thereby varying a speed reduction ratio, wherein the in-vehicle hydraulic supply device is provided with: a closed oil passage provided between a primary pulley and a secondary pulley; a check valve provided between the closed oil passage and a main pump that supplies hydraulic pressure; an auxiliary pump that moves hydraulic oil which is inside the closed oil passage and to which hydraulic pressure supplied from the main pump via the check valve is applied, from either the primary pulley or the secondary pulley to the other; a pulley width detection unit for detecting the state of the pulley width; and a control unit that, on the basis of a gear change command that is inputted and the state of the pulley width detected by the pulley width detection unit, determines the movement direction of either of a positive direction in which the hydraulic oil is moved from the primary pulley to the secondary pulley and a negative direction in which the hydraulic oil is moved from the secondary pulley to the primary pulley, and the movement speed of the hydraulic oil in the positive direction or the negative direction, and drives and controls the auxiliary pump according to the determined movement direction and movement speed.
