Abstract:
The present invention provides an impurity acquisition method characterized by comprising: an adsorption/capturing step in which an organic solvent is passed through an adsorbent and metal impurities in the organic solvent are adsorbed onto or captured by the adsorbent; a substitution step in which ultrapure water or a high-purity gas is passed through the adsorbent and the organic solvent remaining in the adsorbent is substituted with the ultrapure water or the high-purity gas; and an elution/recovery step in which an eluate is passed through the adsorbent and the metal impurities adsorbed onto the adsorbent are eluted and recovered.
